Hotel Merit

The staff were very good and friendly, and there's a good breakfast selection. We didn't order from the menu, which only has pizza and salads. The Ruby Hanna is well placed for getting around Stuttgart, with shops and the Christmas market an easy walk away, and taxis or Uber available for longer trips. We came from the UK for the Christmas markets and Mercedes Benz museum, paying in full before arrival, but had to change our arrival date because of unforeseen circumstances. Our room was spacious and clean, though the layout was odd: the sink was in the main room, while the toilet shared a room with the shower. Using the toilet at night risked waking my partner with the door and hand-washing noise. We couldn't get the temperature to change despite trying several times and asking several people at Ruby Hanna to check. The room stayed so cold that we sat downstairs by the breakfast area to warm up. The duvet was too small for the bed, so I asked for another and we ended up with three duvets to stay warm overnight. The cold room is why we gave it 3 stars.

Kat made the stay feel easy and stress-free from the moment I arrived. She gave me a detailed guide to the area and recommended some great spots. She was friendly, professional, and clearly cared about making my experience good. Her English is very good, and she made me feel welcome. It's rare to get that much care from someone on staff, and she represents Ruby Hanna Hotel so well. I had an amazing time, and Kat deserves recognition, honestly a raise. Thank you for making my stay unforgettable.

I was in Stuttgart for a few days on business, and the comfy rooms, good food and drinks made it a great place to stay. The service was outstanding, with a really friendly and helpful staff. Marina deserves a shout out for making the trip enjoyable.

The tea and coffee station and vending machine in the hallway came in handy, and my room was clean and comfortable. I was there on a business trip, and the Ruby Hotel was a great fit. After a busy, overstimulating day, the bar-like reception area felt pleasant and relaxing. There’s a nice deal if you skip daily room cleaning: you get a drink from the bar for each day of your stay. The staff were welcoming, and Nikita, Artem, and Kais gave especially lovely hospitality and bar service.
