I loved all 3 weeks I spent there. The place has such a comfortable feel that it’s more like staying at your Great Aunt’s than at a hotel, even though the style is outdated. Breakfast is standard German fare, but with a personal touch: you can order eggs the way you like them, and the cost is unbeatable.

The local restaurant was amazing, with lovely local people who helped with the translation straight away. The local wine was gorgeous, you must try it! Back at the hotel, the staff were amazing and helpful, and made it feel like home. It also felt very safe. The room was clean and spacious, and breakfast was delicious.

There’s a nice wine environment around the hotel. The hotel itself is standard, with staff who have a family-like manner.
