The hotel felt dated, and my room was cold with just one heater that couldn't be programmed. It's not within walking distance of the main sights. The man checking me in was unnecessarily blunt and didn't mention that breakfast was available to buy. The other two people I dealt with were more helpful. Also, there wasn't a trash can outside the bathroom.

Breakfast was a real highlight for me as a Turkish guest. I found it filling, and it was the best hotel breakfast I've had in Germany. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our two-night stay, and the price felt very fair. We had a large suite, with a comfortable bed, though the pillows were too soft. The only appliance was a refrigerator, and it didn't work. The hotel is close to the airport and about 10 km from central Stuttgart. Free parking is offered, but arriving late at night, we struggled to find a spot. The property consists of several historic buildings, so after arriving past check-in time, we had trouble locating our room. I recommend it.

We had a spacious, attractive room and a tasty breakfast. The staff were friendly, and the hotel is handy for the airport. Public transport also connects it well to the city centre.

The front desk lady was kind and really helpful, and the hotel is in a quiet spot just a couple of minutes from the airport. Everything, rooms included, has a Bavarian look. My room was very spacious, with a bathtub in the same area as the bed. There are no elevators, so larger bags have to go up the spiral stairs. I was there for one night on a December business trip, and the room was extremely cold.

We stayed in room 25 for a night while travelling home. It was clean and spacious, with amazing beds, and being behind the main building kept it quiet. The hotel felt cozy and the people were very nice. We had to choose breakfast when checking in, but at breakfast we could ask for more of anything. The service was great, and that worked well with the Covid-19 rules.
