Breakfast was pretty good, but having the same menu every day got boring after a week. We were a group of six: the rooms on the first floor looked fresh and were good, while the second-floor ones were pretty bad. Those rooms are closer to the road and noisy, and the heater didn’t work well, so it was either too hot or too cold. An average hotel, in my view, and too hyped to deserve a 4 star status.

The heating really wasn’t okay. The room stayed very cold, even though January in Germany is cold and wet. Don’t count on a morning shower with hot water before 7am. Breakfast was typical German, and the experience was nice overall.

There’s a subway station right in front and a nice Italian restaurant around the corner. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was okay. The rooms are large but not very clean, with a strong cigarette smell in both the room and the floor. The main street location is pretty loud. Pillows were too small and soft.

The breakfast is to die for, and the hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable. The personnel are very nice too. The underground is a minute away, and the S Bahn station is 10 minutes away, making it easy to reach any part of the city. Garage parking is available for a small fee, 14 euros.

Maybachstrasse station is right next door, so it’s quick and easy to get nearly anywhere in Stuttgart. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there’s a pretty good restaurant on site. Very nice hotel and a very good experience. The wifi was slow, my only complaint.
