The owners were so welcoming and made me feel right at home. I had delicious food, and my room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel Palatino is in a wonderfully quiet spot right by a beautiful lake, perfect for relaxing. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in Sundern.

The owners are hands-on hosts, making a good breakfast and serving Thai food in the restaurant from Thursday through Sunday. The Thai dinner was the best I’ve ever had, and Mr Ho deserves a lot of praise for his cooking. The hotel is excellent value, with stunning south-facing views over the lake. Thank you!

The owners are so kind, and the room was spotless with a perfect jacuzzi. The Thai restaurant served probably the best Thai food I’ve ever tasted.

The room was clean, with free parking and Wi-Fi, and there’s a very nice, affordable Thai restaurant. Sorpesee is less than a 10-minute walk away, and it’s easy to get to the nearby ski area. Very quiet, too.
