The garden has loads of toys, which is especially nice for younger kids. It’s a lovely, peaceful farm for a holiday. Our apartment worked well for two adults and a child as long as we spent much of the day out; there were four beds all in one room, so staying in would have felt pretty cramped.

The kids had plenty to do outside, from the play structure and swings to little soccer goals and a big trampoline. There are even more toys in the barn, plus a hayloft and a tunnel through it. While they played, we could sit on the covered terrace. Horses and Scottish Highland cattle graze right in front of the property. Inside, the apartment is comfortable, with a sofa, armchairs, reading material and a small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. There’s Wi-Fi, and the bathroom is clean with a shower. The orchard is large and has a chicken coop too.

Our children especially loved feeding the chickens together, and there was something to keep both young and old busy. The big garden has a coop, trampoline, swings, climbing equipment, soccer and table tennis. The barn has more toys and a hay cave, while we adults could unwind on the covered terrace. The apartment itself is comfortable, has everything we needed, and was kept very clean. The landlord is incredibly child-friendly. We were five people with a Labrador, and next time we’ll rent both apartments. The price is unbeatable for what you get, and the fresh eggs were so delicious. Thanks for such a lovely stay, we’d be happy to come back!

There are animals here, so it’s a good choice for children too. We felt really comfortable and got to relax. We’ll definitely come back. :-)
