This was our second stay in the apartment, and we'd happily recommend it. It's close to the center, though not right in it. There's a separate bedroom, a large living room, a balcony, and a parking space of its own. When we collected the keys, we also got two free bus tickets for our whole stay, so we left the car parked and got around by bus. More landlords should join that program, it would be good for the island. The only small annoyance was the TV channel setup. It was pretty jumbled, and there was no guide to show where to find the channels. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
