The beds were cozy and the sofas comfortable, and the kitchen had everything needed plus a dining table for four. The location was quiet, except when construction was happening next door. The windows have blinds but no shutters, and the small bathroom barely had room for the towels for four people. There was also a smell in the stairwell from a cleaning cupboard.

Everything was well organized by email or phone, and the apartment was super clean with private parking right in front of the house. It’s in a prime Westerland location, near the “Himmelsleiter” beach crossing and Sylt Aquarium. I took off one star because apartments 5 and 6 are in the basement. Still, I was glad to find an affordable place in this location, since all the other apartments in the building were booked.

A quiet, well-equipped holiday apartment close to the town center. Just the way a holiday should be.

You can get to both the beach and city center easily, and nights are quiet. Highly recommended.
