Apartment 53 has a fantastic view and a handy location near the pedestrian zone and beach. We liked the bathroom, dining area, and well-equipped kitchenette. The bed could feel a little small to some, though it worked fine for us. We had a lovely stay and would happily return.

We picked up the keys from a small mailbox and returning them on the last day was easy. Service was good, and the apartment was just steps from the beach, with Sylt center quickly accessible. From the 8th floor, the view across Westerland was fantastic, and the balcony overlooking the North Sea was a lovely spot for breakfast outside or sunset watching. The apartment was stylish, with a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and reasonably comfortable beds. Our stay at the Sylter Residenz was wonderful, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!

The apartment feels cold and has no charm. There’s an elevator, and the location is central, but the house has no Wi-Fi and the hallways are neglected. Apartment 14-25 has had a crack in the shower floor for some time. The shower has no soap dish and the hose leaks. Whenever I visit, some TV channels are scrambled or missing.

Mrs. Mörtl is a really lovely landlady. The apartment is modern and clean, with a beautiful North Sea view.

Small but well equipped, and right in the center. There are good restaurants around, plus a bakery, Edeka supermarket, and even doctors nearby. And the sea, of course. Just beautiful. We’ll be back.
