Düün Hüs, App 3

The house has very little soundproofing. We could hear the TV next door, and people walking or playing music in the apartment above. The garden is shared with the other apartments, so dogs can't really run around freely there. Parking is also difficult when the place is full, since the space is too small for four cars. We stayed in apartment number 3 for a family holiday on Sylt. The location was very good, close to the beach and within walking distance of town, and the apartment was clean and well maintained. But the bedroom and bathroom are downstairs in the basement, where a musty smell kept coming from the drains. It was unpleasant at times, so we deducted a star. The dishwasher broke after two days, and the washer-dryer never worked. With all these problems, we took off another star.
