The digital service is hard to judge fully, but it was clean and when a small check-in issue came up, it was sorted quickly over the phone. That earns three stars for this kind of service. The location is handy, close to the beach and within easy reach of the city center. Still, the room itself was mediocre, so it was okay for one night but left a lot to be desired. The tiles made it feel cold, and the little terrace looked like it hadn’t been renovated or cared for in a long time. Inside, the towel rack was broken, the shower switch was loose, and shower water ran over the windowsill and flooded the bathroom. There were lots of black marks from dead mosquitoes on the walls, badly damaged wallpaper, and a pretty battered dresser in the hall. All in all, a mixed stay.

I’m here for a short break with my girlfriend, and the room has been spotlessly clean and nicely furnished. A small refrigerator would be useful, especially in warm weather, and the pleated blinds let some light through, though that was fine for me 😉. The location is a big plus: the beach and shopping street are both a five-minute walk away. Service was lovely even without a regular reception, since you collect the key from a small machine. We paid a very good price for two nights, so I really can’t complain. I’d stay here again if I vacation here another time.

The location is hard to beat, but we didn’t feel welcome. There was a coffee machine, but no capsules were supplied, not even for purchase. At this price we’re used to better. One of the two rooms had a terrace that couldn’t be used because it was overgrown. The accompanying information sheet was the most uninspired part of the place. That sort of wording belongs in a community garden, not a guest house.

Everything was fully booked late at night, and my boyfriend and I didn’t know where to go. The staff still helped us, and luckily we managed to get a room. We spent two nights at this lovely, modern guesthouse, where the rooms were very clean and the staff were so friendly. Thanks so much. Highly recommend it, and we’d book there again.
