We spent six days there in May 2025 and were very satisfied. The apartment we stayed in has its living room and kitchen on the ground floor, with access to the terrace and garden. The bedroom, bathroom, and toilet are downstairs in the basement, which could be awkward if you have trouble walking. It's well equipped for two adults, and a pet could come along too. The kitchen has an oven, stove, filter coffee maker, and espresso pod machine. There's a parking spot beside the house. The garden isn't fully fenced and can be reached from the street, so a dog could get out. The house has a second apartment in the attic with a balcony, but this review is only about the ground floor and basement apartment.

The small garden is a delight, especially with the climbing roses that make it feel a little magical. You step into it from the tastefully furnished living room, which has a dining area and charming details. The bedroom and bathroom are downstairs in the basement, but that doesn't bother me since I only plan to sleep there. The kitchen has everything you need, and nothing was missing. A beautiful apartment, highly recommended!

Everything was clean, tidy, attractive, and well equipped. The location is a little out of the way, with a slightly zigzag route, but it isn't far. Depending on what you're after, the mini-shop, which is a bit overpriced, or the beach is a 5-15 minute walk away. You'll pass the Asklepios Clinic, where spa and rehab patients stay, and where the dog beach is. That beach is stunning, with so much open space, nature, and a real sense of distance. It's a great place if you want peace and quiet without being completely cut off, rather than staying in the middle of all the activity.
