I had a pleasant weekend at the hotel. Everyone was friendly, the room was lovely, the bed had a world-class mattress, and breakfast felt comfortable and welcoming. Still, I can only give it two stars. I left a dress in the wardrobe, which was my own mistake, though people do forget things. We went straight home from the hotel, so I couldn't have left it elsewhere. The dress wasn't found, and after a few days I still hadn't had a call back to look into it. To me, service matters just as much as a good bed.

Our room had quite low ceilings, but it still felt cozy and charming, with lots of little details. The hosts were very friendly. Breakfast was fresh and there was always plenty. They also took care of any requests we had. We had a really relaxing stay with you.

The staff were friendly, and the breakfast buffet is well worth it if you like fresh fish. It's about a ten-minute walk to the town center. But at €106 a night in early March, it felt steep for what you get. My single room was definitely no bigger than 2 by 2.5 meters, and the bathroom was just as small. The place was clean when it actually got cleaned, which didn't seem to happen on Sundays. It's all right, but nothing special. The house has been converted, reception closes at 5:00 PM, and there's no staff after that.

The town center and beach are both just a few minutes on foot, and the location is quiet. The hotel has a charming feel, and the staff were warm and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious too. I'd book here again without hesitation.

Breakfast was generous, tasty, and clearly prepared with care, with something for everyone. The small hotel was clean, pleasant, and fairly priced. It's in a great spot in Westerland, within walking distance of everything and only a short stroll from the train station. I'd gladly come back!
