Mimosa Hotel

It’s a cozy hotel in a central spot, with a comfortable room and great beds. Breakfast was quite adequate, though there was too much individually wrapped food, and the coffee was self-serve. The bathroom was dirty and smelled of mold or mud. The reception was often unattended, and when the man was there, he came across as arrogant and haughty. His aftershave or perfume seemed to be everywhere, and I didn’t feel welcome. I work as a receptionist myself, and if I treated guests that way, I’d have been fired by now.

The Christmas decorations were magical, and the buffet was beautifully laid out. The staff also handled every extra request. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, and the reception feels warm and modern. The hotel is in a fantastic location.

The breakfast buffet had plenty to choose from, with fresh, tasty food, and check-in staff were very friendly. The room had everything needed, was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. There’s a sauna and a very small fitness room. It’s a good hotel in central Westerland and very good value overall. I’d come again.

The staff are incredibly friendly and capable, and the buffet breakfast was delicious, with enough choice from cold cuts and cheese to eggs and fresh fruit salad. It’s a small hotel in a central location, an easy walk from the train station. I’ll definitely stay here again.
