The service staff were so friendly and knew their stuff, and we loved our stay. The apartment was unreal. Sylt has been our favorite for a long time, and staying at Steger -hüs made this trip phenomenal. Can't wait to come back.

The apartment had everything we needed and was well furnished. Staff were helpful and friendly, and they brought us a high chair right away when we asked. We were very satisfied and would happily return.

The receptionist came across as unfriendly on several days, and as paying guests we didn't feel very welcome. That's why I'm giving it only three stars, and I wouldn't book again. The apartment itself was okay, with what we needed for a short stay, and the cleanliness was otherwise acceptable. Still, the place had a bit of a hospital feel, which is worth knowing in advance. There were unfilled holes in the walls and dead insects stuck to the bedroom walls.

The communication was really friendly before and during our stay. We also liked the great apartment and its quiet, convenient location, especially at such unbeatable prices. Thanks, we'll be back!
