The apartments have a typical 70s German look, and the building itself is ugly, though the furnishings are comfortable. The location is practical, right at the edge of the Walking Zone. The kitchen and bathroom badly need renovating. When I had a question or needed something, the office staff were impolite, unfriendly, and unhelpful on the phone.

Everything was there, and it was quiet. The location right by the pedestrian zone was perfect, and the station wasn’t far away. We loved it. Breakfast on the balcony was TOP.

There’s a wellness area in the basement, though we didn’t use it. The apartment is very central but on a quiet side street, with the train station close by and a supermarket, bakery, and everything else within walking distance. Plenty of restaurants are nearby too. We recommend Münchner Hahn in the pedestrian zone. The rooms are on two floors connected by a spiral staircase, so watch out for the badly cut laminate flooring. The bathroom is new, but some other furnishings are older. It’s furnished for practicality, with everything you need, though the atmosphere isn’t very appealing. We met other tourists in nicer and cheaper places, but they weren’t as central. Everyone has to decide what matters more to them, but we think four stars are justified.

At least in our apartment, there was lots of space across two levels and a large roof terrace. The furnishings were high quality and tasteful.
