The small city center is about a seven-minute walk away. The hotel was okay, and breakfast was nice.

The hotel feels a little old and has a slight smell, so it really could use a full renovation. Still, it has what you need, and breakfast had everything you could want. The friendly woman kept the buffet stocked. They might be better off putting out less instead of having so much go to waste.

The view was the only thing I liked. The hotel is old, and the smell is everywhere. The shower didn't work properly either. Breakfast was outrageous for the price: the vegetables were dried out, and nothing had been replenished after 8:30 a.m. It felt like they were only interested in making money, with no service. Nobody even asked how things were going. The owners know why. Such a shame.

I arrived spontaneously around midnight while on a bike tour, and the hotel made that work perfectly for me. My room was roomy and nicely furnished, with a lovely city view from the window. The service was excellent, breakfast had lots of options, and there was a secure place to park my bike. A beautiful hotel.
