I like staying here when I come to see my family. It’s right in central Telgte, and the place is always clean with linen and towels supplied. There’s a kitchenette in the room, so I can bring my own food, or book breakfast.
The meals are good, and it’s very close to the town centre. A really good place to stay.

The billing was inadequate, basically treated like a restaurant bill, and the owner seemed offended when I said I didn’t want to pay in cash. I’ll leave it there. The accommodation also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The walls were thin, and the furnishings could use improvement. I wouldn’t recommend it.
We had a good breakfast and dinner was okay. The landlady was friendly and accommodating, too. The rooms are basic but roomy, and for one night the price was perfectly reasonable. You don’t need more than that for a single night. There are also good cycling routes starting from here.
