Aparthotel Klara

The Köster family made us feel so welcome. We stayed in Apartment Jupiter on the top floor, which stayed comfortably cool, and all three of us slept wonderfully in the superb beds. It was charmingly furnished and had everything we needed. The Baltic Sea and shopping area were just a short walk away. We'd love to return.

We'd happily stay there again. The owners are warm, friendly, and very accommodating, and the price felt just right. The beach is very close. The rooms aren't especially modern, but they're practical and have everything you need. We had a few wonderful days.

We were in a hurry to arrange a stay for a private occasion, and found "Klara" online before contacting the owners directly. Mr. Köster gave us excellent advice, and the "Wassermann" apartment was impeccable. Close to the beach, quiet, and with parking spaces at the house, it suited us very well. Mr. Köster and his partner run the place with a lot of heart, keeping up the family tradition. That care shows in the beautiful furnishings and in how renovated, clean, and well maintained everything is. Final cleaning was included in all the prices. When we ran out of oil for frying eggs and later of toilet paper, they sorted both things out right away at no extra cost. They're friendly, attentive owners. I grew up knowing Timmendorfer Strand and have always remembered it fondly. We give the stay the highest rating and will be back. Thank you for everything.

We booked at very short notice, and got a friendly welcome and good service all weekend. The apartment was renovated and modernized in 2015, so it feels spacious and nicely furnished. It was clean, and we were very happy with our stay. We'd gladly come back :-) Breakfast isn't available, which was the one downside.
