Getting to the beach, restaurants, and town center from this clean, well-kept building is easy. Apartment 9 itself was fine, nicely furnished and fully equipped, with a small balcony. The listing photos from different providers, all wide-angle, give a good sense of what to expect. We weren't disappointed overall. It's on the first floor, but there's no elevator. From the underground garage you have to climb the steep spiral stairs twice, and the stairwell could be dangerous or difficult for older or disabled people. The garage itself has plenty of space, if the stairs aren't an issue for you.

We like apartment 5 a lot, and it was a pleasant surprise. It's clean, nicely furnished, and has a new kitchen and a large flat-screen TV. The beach and town center are a short walk away. The one downside is that the fridge has no freezer compartment, so there's nowhere for beach ice packs or ice cubes. A small DAB radio would be nice too.

Apt. 26 felt like home as soon as we walked in. It was bright, welcoming, cozy, and very clean, with thoughtful furnishings and a small balcony. The location is central but still quiet. We parked in the underground garage and carried our luggage up the rather narrow stairwell. After that, we got around on foot or by bus, with the stop right in front of the building.

We were very happy with our ground-floor two-room apartment. The bed and sofa were comfortable, the furnishings were well maintained, and we had both a terrace and an underground parking spot. The price included use of a beach chair, just a five-minute walk away. Collecting the keys from the landlord and handing them back were both quick and easy. Very good value for the Baltic Sea region, and we'd recommend it.
