Ferienwohnung Quartier 26

The beach and shops are both about a 15-minute walk away. Behind the house there's a little pony farm that we were allowed to visit, with play equipment for children, a sandbox, a trampoline and more. The apartment itself is nice, but cleanliness was a real problem. There was hair in the toilet, dust on the bathroom shelves, and the mirror hadn't been cleaned. In the bedroom, there was debris on the windowsill and dust swept under the bed. The living area was fine. When I mentioned the dirt to the woman, all I got was a curt, “Oh, I'm sorry.” If cleaning is charged extra, the place should be spotless. The key arrangements were also badly handled. I waited 20 minutes at arrival while the woman dealt with something at the pony farm behind the house. Her 10- or 11-year-old son came to tell me. It was raining, and when I have a guest, I drop everything to see to them. Returning the keys was worse: I waited 45 minutes, which made leaving very difficult because I'd come by train. I stayed here in April 2022. If cleanliness and punctuality aren't a big concern for you, the place might suit. I won't book it again.
