If you're after a holiday rental between Timmendorf and Niendorf, the location is ideal. But apartment number 16 on Gorch Fock Street was a disappointment. We'd stayed in four different apartments on that street, and this one lacked kitchen gear, dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils. The problems ran throughout the apartment: many things were outdated or broken, and some looked like old pots and pans from grandma. It made the vacation much less enjoyable. The rental agents and owners need to inspect the apartments they offer properly. There are serious issues. Relying on profit and commission alone won't keep customers and guests.

Clean and well equipped, just a standard holiday apartment. The advertised bike storage is unacceptable, though. Its staircase is long and extremely narrow, and the little space there is gets blocked by rental bikes. They shouldn't advertise it as storage.

The apartment seemed newly renovated, and it had everything we needed, so I was very satisfied and would recommend it. There is a washer and dryer in the basement, but they cost a small fee to use.

We had a relaxing few days in this cozy apartment at Timmendorfer Strand. We'd love to return!
