The balcony wasn’t very nice or well renovated for sitting, and the breakfast buffet didn’t impress me. There was nothing vegan except fruit, and the receptionist could have been friendlier. Even so, compared with other hotels in the area, I had a nice experience with a sea view. The hotel has put a lot into the inside, where you actually spend time, instead of just making the outside impressive and leaving the rooms dull. The rooms are well equipped with nice furniture, a minibar, microwave, and some dishes and cutlery. There are lots of entertainment options near reception, including a nintendo game room, billiard and pinball games, plus a nice bar, pool, and wellness area.

My mother-in-law booked two rooms for a quick weekend away with the whole family. The hotel is beautiful and right by the sea, and the rooms were clean and comfortable, with the beach close by. Best of all, when my seven-year-old accidentally left his electronic device behind, the staff kept it for us for a couple of days until we could come back for it. A great place to stay.

It was hard to leave at checkout after such a lovely spontaneous weekend by the sea in Timmendorfer Strand. I’d managed to get a room at this charming hotel, and its amenities added a lot to the getaway. The pool was a standout, spacious and lit with blue lights, with a comfortable lounge area and a relaxing sauna. I can’t share photos for privacy reasons, but the space clearly feels carefully designed as a retreat. There’s also a lively bar with a DJ, plus bowling and tennis for anyone wanting some activity alongside the downtime. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. I liked the sea view, even though the window faced a beautiful wooded area rather than directly out to the ocean. It made for a peaceful setting. Room upgrades with different views are available if you’d rather have a more traditional seascape. We really enjoyed the energizing breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Dinner was less satisfying: at 35 euros per person, drinks not included, it felt overpriced and the menu didn’t offer much variety. Next time I might try one of the local restaurants, especially if I’m not planning a big meal. The staff were friendly and helpful all the way through, and the service was smooth and professional. I highly recommend the hotel for a mix of comfort, good amenities, and a spontaneous seaside break.

The room looked luxurious, with lots of space, good equipment, a comfortable bed, and a nice bathroom with a big shower. It was a little too warm, though, and there was no air conditioning. I was glad the balcony door could be opened, otherwise sleeping would have been difficult. It’s really dog friendly: they had bowls, a bed, treats, and bags in the room, plus a special breakfast room where you can eat normally with your dog 🤍
