Pärchenwohnung Strandallee

We’re back for a second visit and feel right at home. The apartment is small but sweet, with lovely furnishings, and two bedrooms are unusual for a place this size. Having a TV in both bedrooms and another in the living area is a real plus. 👍🤗 There’s private parking, and the beach chair on the beach rounds things off nicely.

Parking and Wi-Fi were good to have, and the location is fantastic: near the beach, with both Timmendorf and Niendorf centers easy to get to. The flat could use some renovation, including fresh paint and new windows, as there was quite a draft. Cleaning also needs attention, perhaps with a more motivated service.

It’s a short walk to the beach and the Strandallee promenade, with its shops. The apartment at Strandstraße 188 is clean, well laid out, and furnished with what you need, including a smart TV. There’s a covered space for the car and a covered bicycle rack, too. A microwave and a welcome folder with useful tourist information about Timmendorf might be helpful additions. Otherwise, I’d recommend the apartment.

The landlords were so friendly and dealt with the heating as soon as it broke. A plumber arrived within 30 minutes. It’s a cozy little apartment with everything you need, even washing-up supplies and trash bags, which we usually have to bring ourselves. The living room did stay a bit cool because drafts came through the older windows and the heat escaped. It was fine in those temperatures, but colder weather could make that a problem. We’d love to come back in summer! :-)
