The room was exactly as advertised. Perfect, couldn’t have been better.

We’ve stayed in many hotels and have never been this disappointed. We paid more than 200€ per night, then breakfast cost another 19€ per person, parking was 16€ per day, and beach access added 18€. For that price, we expected at least friendly hotel staff, and that was what disappointed us most. The standard room was small, looking out over the parking area and houses. It was raining when we arrived, and nobody would open the parking garage. We had a lot of luggage and didn’t want to unload it in the heavy rain. Once we parked, there was a luggage trolley, but the employee just watched us push it and didn’t offer to help. Reception was unfriendly too. When we asked if they could at least help bring the trolley to our room, nobody answered or responded to the request. After 20 minutes, we went to get our bags ourselves. The receptionist said there were only two of them and they had no time, even though there were no customers. In my opinion, helping with the trolley is a one-minute job, and it isn’t heavy. Even a taxi driver usually helps load luggage into the trunk. We paid almost 800€, but the hotel wouldn’t help with our bags, apologize or do anything to make our stay more pleasant. When we asked to speak to the manager, reception said it wasn’t possible and refused to give us contact details. We said we weren’t satisfied and wanted to leave, and were told we’d have to pay 90% of the price. We’re very disappointed, will never come back and wouldn’t recommend it. Bad experience, poor value for money, and the hotel doesn’t have much to offer. We would rather have left.

The ocean view was lovely, and there are good restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed the pool and sauna. Our room was huge and very clean, and the staff were really friendly. I'd happily stay here again any time.

We arrived yesterday evening and were made to feel welcome right away. When I asked for an extra bed for my child, the receptionist also brought over little pillows and kids' bathrobes, along with the bed. Great service.
