It's a nice holiday apartment close to the beach, but it wasn't very clean. The bathroom ceiling and grout were moldy, and the dishes were dirty when we arrived. I wouldn't recommend it.

We'd book this place again anytime. The apartment is well equipped and has a little terrace for enjoying the outdoors. The beach is right by the property, about a 2-minute walk to the water, and the promenade takes less than 10 minutes to reach. We were there from October 1st, after the dog ban ended on September 30th, so our dogs could go straight into the water just outside. That worked out perfectly for us. There's an underground parking space for vehicles up to 1.50 m high. The ramp takes some getting used to, but I reached Mr. Othmer by phone straight away and got the issue sorted immediately.

The natural beach is accessible to dogs all year, which makes the location unbeatable for us as dog owners. This was our second holiday here, and it felt like home again. The apartment was clean and extremely well equipped, and the landlord was friendly and always available. We certainly won't make this our last stay.

A month ago we stayed in the apartment for a holiday, and it was in a terrible state. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and in the shower. The oven in the kitchen was unbelievably dirty, and every pot needed a thorough wash before we could use it. The refrigerator seal was moldy as well. The vacuum bag wasn't fitted properly, and the inside of the vacuum was filthy and full of dust. The underground garage was outrageous, and then we had to pay €35 for a parking space on top of that. That's unprofessional. We've never had to pay for parking at a holiday rental before. I'm allergic and I'm still having problems. You go to the seaside hoping to do your health some good, and end up feeling worse than before. I took photos in case anyone tried to call me a liar. Absolutely not recommended!
