The rooms were decent, and the service, staff and location were fabulous. Still, a few things weren’t made clear. Parking costs 10/night for hotel guests, but that wasn’t mentioned. The booking said the spa sauna was included, though it’s currently out of service. I checked before booking, but none of this was brought up.

What an amazing experience. The room could do with a bit of updating or renovation, but it was very clean. The team and service were fantastic. It’s right in nature, at Titisee, just amazing 🤩. I highly recommend the hotel and its location.

The view from our small room was lovely, and the location gave us plenty to do, even on rainy days, both at the hotel and nearby. Everything was very clean, from the room to the restaurant and pool, and the beds and shower were good. The staff were friendly and especially sweet with the kids. I also loved that the hallway had a bit of a “the shining” look 🙂. Breakfast was very good. I already miss the place!

We loved the views and the location, and the hotel has a wonderful old-school feel in the best sense. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely come back.

Breakfast was good, but the rest of the stay was pretty awful. The pool was closed, and nobody could tell us whether it would reopen or keep us updated. Check-in was a mess because the staff didn't know how to use their new system. My fold-out bed felt like sleeping on metal, and the staff came across as arrogant. Charging extra for a robe is pathetic. I've had better stays elsewhere, though none of those were great either.
