The pool is spacious and warm, and the sauna and steam rooms were amazing. We also enjoyed the food and the beautiful views, with nice little hiking paths nearby. Nadia was a great host, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Dinner at the restaurant was excellent, and the room was much larger than I expected and extremely clean. I was traveling through the Black Forest and booked online only about 20 minutes before arriving. They offered me a complimentary sparkling wine while they looked for my reservation. My one complaint: WiFi was only available in the lobby, and it was painfully slow. If you can do without internet during your stay, I’d highly recommend this hotel.

I ate here twice. The food was good both times, but the service changed a lot. On my first visit, one waitress handled a full room of tables and did a great job. The two waiters on my second visit didn’t seem interested in serving the tables.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had.

I came back for a second stay in the same season, and it wasn’t as good as it had been in January. It felt like the season was already winding down, and the hotel seemed a bit understaffed. It was still okay, but I’ll choose somewhere else next year.
