It was okay.

The stream passing under the house was beautiful, and our room was very clean. We stayed for two days of hiking, and breakfast had everything we needed.

The welcome was so warm, and the breakfast buffet had plenty to choose from. I was there with my two young children, and we all felt very comfortable. The rooms have simple, minimal furnishings and were clean, as was the bathroom. We came on someone’s recommendation and have nothing to complain about. We’d love to come back.

Pension Hofeck made a great base for exploring the Black Forest on hikes. The family are warm and hospitable, and the prices are fair. Our dog, Soul, felt very comfortable too. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we’d love to come back.

The guesthouse is peaceful and makes a great base for hikes. Breakfast is served in the dining room, with a selection like you'd find at a bed and breakfast, and the service is friendly. The rooms are excellent, though the mattresses are a small drawback.
