The German food looked great as it came out of the kitchen, and the garden was beautiful. We enjoyed such a lavish meal that we had a little trouble getting back to cycling afterward.

The little hotel "am Ufer" has a fresh, welcoming feel. It was taken over and redone in 2017, and is very nice.

Everything was absolutely delicious and clearly made with a lot of care. My asparagus was cooked just right, and my husband's cordon bleu was wonderful too. We'll be back tomorrow. Highly recommended. 👍

We only ate at the restaurant, not at the hotel. It has a cozy, rustic feel and a lovely beer garden. There’s something for meat eaters and vegetarians, with regional and seasonal ingredients getting the attention. The staff were very friendly and attentive, though it was busy when we visited and we had some long waits.
