The furnishings are lovely and quite sophisticated, though there were a few problems. The mattresses were much too soft, and wastewater shot out of the terrace drainpipe in a high arc. We also had to carry pellet bags up from the cellar ourselves for the heating. For the first two days it was cold, with damp, ice-cold walls.

The Moselle River view from this lovely holiday apartment is fantastic. The owners are friendly, capable, and always ready to help. Highly recommended.

The house is beautifully furnished, and its gorgeous location is full of history. One downside: the restaurants don’t serve hot meals throughout the day.
