The breakfast buffet was one of the best we've ever had, and dinner was delicious, even though the menu isn't extensive. The cheeseboard was out of this world, and the wine list offers plenty of ideas for which of the many vineyards to visit and bring a bottle or two home from. Sonia and Ralf are a delightful couple who clearly love what they do and take pride in making the stay memorable, with a truly local feel. It's a lovely spot beside the gorgeous Moselle, quiet but within walking distance of town. We had a lovely stay.

We really enjoyed the varied, very good breakfast and the friendly, excellent service throughout. The hotel sits in a beautiful spot right on the Mosel River. It was a really pleasant stay, and we'll definitely return.

Dinner was delicious and original, with dishes that looked like little works of art. The wines were extremely good, often better than what we tasted at regional wine events. The hotel and rooms feel brand new and stylish, and the breakfast buffet was generous, varied and tasty. Service was friendly, attentive and efficient. A lovely place to relax.

FIRO restaurant was a wonderful surprise. The food was beautifully presented and had an unforgettable taste, a bit like what we enjoyed on a cruise with MSC Fantasia. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and set beside the very pretty Moselle River. Staff were friendly and professional. The dinner was fantastic, right up to top-chef level, and the wine list was exquisite, with excellent know-how behind it. Add the Mosel view and the high-quality surroundings, plus such personal attention, and it was a great experience.
