Doppelhaushalfte Ostseehaus II, Trassenheide

The house is modern, nicely furnished, and in a quiet location. The beach is only a five-minute walk away. Still, there are quite a few problems. The TV picture is so bad that nobody watches it. The parking is cramped, though two cars do fit. There isn’t enough cutlery, so we had to run the dishwasher after each meal even when it wasn’t full. The terrace parasol is ripped and broken, which is unacceptable. I uploaded a photo. There’s no grill either, so you have to bring or buy one. For a holiday home in this price range, that’s a disgrace. Several lamps and bulbs are broken, and the property management should check them. The place and its surroundings could be cleaner. The windows clearly haven’t been washed for weeks, the weeds by the patio need clearing, and the bushes need trimming. There are no chair cushions for the patio, which I’d expect at this price. The drying rack is completely broken and can’t be used.
