We spent five good days here with our 2-year-old. The beach is within easy walking distance, just right for summer or any time, and the campus has lots to keep kids busy, including indoor and outdoor playgrounds and activities. Most of the staff were smiling, which was a big plus, and the food was amazingly good, except on Asian night ;). The walk from the main buildings to our room was a little long but manageable. Our daughter was too young for the day care center and didn't want to stay there alone with the caretakers, which was a pity. Otherwise the stay would have been perfect. WiFi and mobile data were a bit weak but bearable. Knowing some German makes things easier and more pleasant, though it's not essential. Or, like us, just focus on the alcohol and good food. Highly recommended.

The main drawback was the route to the hotel: there's no pedestrian path, and construction work was still going on. The beach is about 1 km away. Otherwise, the place has what you need. The buildings are quite old-fashioned but tidy, with decent renovations. Our apartment was roomy enough for a family and had a small kitchen and all the necessary amenities. Staff were very polite and friendly, and the restaurant offered good food and drink choices. The homemade wine and beer were really amazing. It would have been more fun outside the corona restrictions, though, with the kids' club and swimming pool closed.

Kids can play freely around the hotel, so parents can relax without worrying. There's also a small heated pool to enjoy. We had a great, unique three-night stay. Thanks to the reception staff for giving the child small gifts and drinks, and to the restaurant staff for preparing such high-quality, delicious meals.

The location is wonderful, and the place really is as family-friendly as advertised. We love it here, especially the fantastic room and helpful staff. One thing, though, the heating is turned off even while it's still really cold outside.

A lovely spot for a holiday with little kids. There are toys, playgrounds, and a pool, the staff are nice, and the food is great.
