I was trying to book a hotel room for one night. The woman at reception told me to email, then replied that I was fake after I wrote to ask about prices and hours. I'd put in all that effort to contact them, and she still called me that. I've never seen such a terrible attitude in the hotel business. Go at your own risk.

The restaurant served our best meal in Germany, with excellent food, a broad wine list, and very reasonable prices. Have a translation app ready. Our hotel room was clean and well organized, and the view was nice, but I wish it had a desk and some soap for the shower.

The food was tasty and nicely presented, the waitress was friendly, and the wine was delicious.

We booked a wine tasting and dinner with a group for a special occasion, but the evening was awful. The woman running the place gave us no information about the wines, and the food was nothing special. We were seated at the back of what was basically a garage and asked to move outside. She couldn't handle questions, then lied to us and another group about whether the outdoor tables were free. She also complained about having to disinfect tables because of covid and was extremely rude. In German, we heard her tell a colleague, "we will not take in young guests anymore." We're all in our 30s, while she was fawning over guests in their 50s and older. Her behavior was completely unprofessional and made the whole atmosphere awkward and uncomfortable. We were very disappointed.

The bedroom and bathroom were spacious and clean, with a nice view of the mosel river. We found the place very accommodating overall. The restaurant had excellent food and wine and a warm atmosphere. I highly recommend it.
