I’ve been coming here for years, for fishing trips and family holidays, and we’re always glad to be back. The owners are very kind and accommodating, and the prices are more than fair. It’s a good base for getting around, with Bergen’s shops about a 20-minute drive away. Trent and Schaprode are only a few minutes off if you want to eat out. The property is spacious and quiet, with plenty of parking, including room for a boat trailer. Anglers can use a filleting table and freezer. There’s outdoor seating, and grilling is possible by arrangement. The owners are happy to suggest excursions too. The apartments are bright, roomy and cozy. The two units for four people and one for two, which has a balcony, all have what you need: a shower bathroom, basic cooking equipment and a fridge with freezer compartment. TV and internet are included. Fresh rolls can be delivered to your door in the morning if you ask.

A roomy upstairs apartment with two bedrooms. There are three apartments up there. The garden is spacious and has a few different places to sit, and there’s a bread delivery service if you want one. A great base for exploring Rügen, though there’s so much to see on the island that you won’t need to spend much time indoors.

The owners are friendly and happy to answer questions, and the location worked especially well for us as anglers. Great value for the money, and I’d definitely recommend it.
