The rooms were clean, quiet, and good, and the breakfast was great. The innkeeper and owner were lovely too. The location is central.

I thought the breakfast was exceptionally delicious and good, and the owner also runs the little café next door, where the service was excellent. The city center streets are no more than a five-minute walk, handy for wandering between wine bars and trying regional specialties. It’s a lovely small hotel in a great spot close to the center. Arrival can be arranged flexibly, and there’s paid parking in the underground garage across the street. My room was modern and new, with Japanese-style decor and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The one downside is that there’s no air conditioning.

I’ve stayed twice and was very happy both times. The guesthouse is just two minutes from the main shopping street, and it’s elegantly furnished with a simple Japanese style. The staff are really friendly and personable. The breakfast is well worth booking, it’s delicious and there’s plenty of it.
