The room was lovely, the spa facilities were ten out of ten, and everything felt so clean, generous, and inviting. We got a wonderful welcome when we arrived, and both the breakfast food and the staff made it unforgettable. This was the most fantastic hotel stay I've had, ten out of ten for everything. Thanks so much for a great three-night stay and for making my dream holiday to Trier perfect.

The rooms are large and clean, and the location is excellent, with a parking garage underneath. Nice hotel, though breakfast is a bit of a crazy thing.

The hotel is in a great spot for exploring Trier's old city, and we still enjoyed our weekend. The trouble was finding a suitable room with our dog, despite the hotel being advertised as dog-friendly. For our 34th anniversary, I had booked a nice room and made it clear I was bringing a pet. After we'd checked in and gone up, the front desk came to tell us we had to move because they hadn't known about the dog and had rules about which rooms pets could stay in.
