The rooms are huuuuuge, among the largest I've stayed in at a city hotel. What first drew me in was all the greenery: there's a lovely body of water with lotuses, crane sculptures, and a porch roofed in greenery that provides plenty of shade.

The rooms were spacious and really, really clean. It's within walking distance of most attractions and very close to the inner city. Since it's also a residence for elderly people, they had additional corona regulations in August 2022.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the small breakfast was excellent. The rooms are very large, though the minibar prices aren't. Bikes can be stored securely, although finding your way to the basement is a little complicated at first. Interesting concept, and a new hallway carpet would be nice, though that's a matter of taste.

It was quiet at night, so I slept without being disturbed. The hotel was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The kitchen had all the cooking utensils and dishes I needed, and with a supermarket nearby, I could make my own meals.
