The rooms are clean, comfortable, and a good size, and the location is pretty solid, near downtown and some of the better sights. The staff are friendly. It's a budget hotel, and anyone paying this price then acting surprised it's not a four star place needs to grow up.
We arrived around midnight, as they'd confirmed we would, but there was no staff there, so we had to wait outside and call them. They even complained to us that it was midnight, lol. Then we had to open several lockboxes and serve ourselves. The hotel's location also felt very weird and complicated. Parking was free only until 8 am.
The staff were friendly, but our room was never cleaned and the bed was pretty uncomfortable.
Excellent location, and good value for money. The accommodation is simple, with a good little restaurant.
The rooms were nice, and the food was good.
