The holiday accommodation is cozy, and the scenic surroundings are lovely for walks and trail rides. I especially enjoyed seeing the horses out in the wide pastures. With more than 30 affectionate, well-cared-for horses, there’s something for riders at every level. The instructors are patient and professional, helping you feel confident in the saddle. The Schumann Riding and Holiday Farm in Triptis has a welcoming atmosphere, too. Children and families will find plenty to explore, including chances for the kids to help care for the horses. A dream place for horse lovers and anyone looking to unwind. We’ll definitely return and highly recommend it!

Booking a lesson online is easy now, and we come regularly for both riding and a good meal. I first brought my six-year-old son because lessons elsewhere weren’t feasible. They explained everything calmly and patiently, and he had a great time. He still clearly loves it. The restaurant is well worth recommending as well: delicious food and very generous portions. The owner is welcoming, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. We’re more than satisfied.

The horses were lovely, calm, obedient, and gentle with the children, even during the last week of the school holidays. We learned a lot in the lessons and had plenty of fun. I’d highly recommend the riding stable. The accommodation was clean and adequate, and although the place was busy, staff stayed friendly and open to suggestions or feedback. The owner himself also stops by every day.

My daughter looks forward to spending part of her holidays at the riding stable every year. The varied program teaches her how to handle the horses and take care of all the necessary tasks.
