The staff were very kind, the rooms clean, and breakfast was good. The very kind lady manager, I think, even helped us start our car when the battery was flat. Thank you very much again!

It’s very close to the airport, which makes getting around convenient, and the staff are helpful and courteous. They also have parking. Keep in mind there’s no 24-hour reception, so if you’ll arrive late, contact them in advance. Restaurants in the surrounding area close by 10, so plan your food ahead.

The rooms were tidy and comfortable, and it was great value for money. I loved the warm, friendly atmosphere and how the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. The location was ideal, with easy access to local sights and public transport. I’d definitely stay at Hotel Primula again!

The rail connection makes it easy for me to get here and gives convenient access to cologne. I’ve been a regular for quite a few years, and every stay has been a pleasure. The place is exceptionally well run and efficient, and I’ve never had an issue with the hotel or its people. Great place, great people, and definitely worth five stars.

I liked the location and how quiet this little hotel is. Pubs and restaurants are an easy walk away if you fancy your favourite Kölsch. The rates are reasonable and the amenities basic, but the hotel is well maintained and the rooms are tidy. It makes a good base for exploring the surrounding area.
