The welcome was genuinely friendly, and the place was clean. But the rooms are very basic, with no fridge, and the linens and towels look dated. Dinner was standard with no choice, while breakfast was fine but repetitive. The price works for a package holiday. Otherwise it feels too expensive for what’s more like a motel.

I had to cut my stay short for health reasons, but the staff were so kind about my food issues and always worked out a solution. Thanks again to everyone for being so friendly and accommodating.

The half-board was excellent, with a generous breakfast buffet and a three-course dinner. This is a small, welcoming family-run hotel on the outskirts of Neubrandenburg, with lovely views and friendly staff.
