We’ve stayed here several times over the years with different family members and are planning to return. The reception staff have always been friendly and helpful, and it’s easy to reach by car with parking available. Our rooms were very clean and functional, and we always had a great view. For the price, breakfast was better than expected in both choice and taste, and the place offers good value.

For a longer stay, this place works really well. It’s clean, reasonably priced, and has the practical things you need, including English instructions, a well-kept shared kitchen and coin laundry, your own freezer, and good Wi-Fi. It’s not fancy, but it’s functional. The neighbourhood is quiet, REWE is nearby, and Max Planck Institute is within walking distance. The main station is a bit far, though the city centre is easy to reach. For a quick day trip to Tübingen, I might choose somewhere else, but if you’re staying in town for a while for any reason, I definitely recommend it.

The view is a real treat, and breakfast is nice. Staff were polite, and the rooms are decent, but opening a window lets bugs in. A mesh screen would help. It’s also quite hard to get to. The laundry room was absolutely disgusting, with a horrible smell and instructions that were far too messy.

The price is good, and there’s a clean, orderly space with a shared kitchen and a decent breakfast. Getting there on foot can be a bit of a slog, though once you’re there, the town is a fairly quick walk away.
