I booked months ahead, then realized a month before the trip that we needed different dates. Customer service wanted 90% of the booking as a cancellation fee, 420 EUR, plus the full 750 EUR for a new booking. I won't stay here again. I hope they enjoy that 420 EUR they charged me for nothing.

The grounds have plenty of room for a tent or caravan, and we really liked the beautiful nature by the river. The staff were friendly, and the rest of our stay was very good. There is a sign saying children should be with their parents. We understood why, since the drain button isn't easy to press.

The staff were really helpful, and the cabins had everything we needed, even Bluetooth speakers and a Chromecast TV. The site is new, well cared for, and set in a peaceful, beautiful area with lots of walking routes. Shared facilities were very clean, with a gym, hairdryers, and washing machines. Food takes some planning: the shop is expensive and has few items, there are no nearby supermarkets, and the restaurant next door is closed Mondays and Tuesdays.

There are nice hikes in the area, but the rocky water's edge wasn't the best place to play. Our little cabin was okay, though the cabins are so close together that you hear everything from the neighbors. The tent areas are close together too. There's a restaurant, but they wouldn't give us a table. It was a bit noisy during our stay, and when I camp I prefer to get away from noise.
