The Wi-Fi was really poor, and for the hefty price they provide very little. There wasn't even basic shampoo or shower gel, and you have to order room cleaning yourself each morning. The location isn't great either. If you're visiting Bodensee, I'd avoid this hotel. I definitely wouldn't recommend it. Book at your own risk.

The rooms were a good size and clean, and both the breakfast and location were great. We were pleasantly surprised because we weren't sure what to expect when we booked. It's a short walk into town, though the uphill walk back isn't always fun.

The hotel is small and clean, with good breakfast, soft beds, and a good location. Parking was the problem. We arrived late, around 20:00, just before the front desk closed, and there were no spaces in the hotel lot. The unfriendly man at reception told us to park on the road until 0800, when we'd have to pay, but there weren't any spaces there either. I drove around for about 30 minutes before finding a Park house three minutes away. The male receptionist was rude to my wife and very unfriendly.

We returned for another great stay in 2019, as promised, and were already planning a longer visit in 2020 when the State Garden Show comes to Ueberlingen. The breakfast staff were helpful and friendly again. On our 2018 stay, we found the B&B good value, with functional rooms, a tea-making set, and a bottle of sparkling water. The hot shower had strong pressure, and the breakfast selection could put some other hotels I've stayed at recently to shame.

The rooms were nice, and it was a quiet place ✅
