The area is stunning, with plenty to do, and we can imagine the outdoor space around the house will be lovely when the weather warms up and the snow is gone. We spent the weekend there and really enjoyed it. The host was friendly and flexible, and the apartment was clean, spacious, and well equipped. We were completely satisfied and would happily recommend a stay. Many thanks to the hosts, we’d love to come back!

I really like the rustic furnishings, and the downstairs apartment has enough room for up to six people. The surrounding area is very, very beautiful. The downside was that it wasn’t as clean as I’d expect a vacation rental to be.

The only thing that bothered me was the guest toilet, which felt too cramped and small. A shower cubicle and a second toilet would be nice. Otherwise, there’s nothing to complain about. The house is beautifully furnished and has a lovely atmosphere, with magnificent views. The grounds are very nicely landscaped, and it’s a wonderful spot to relax or have breakfast at sunrise.

Everything was clean and tidy, and the hosts welcomed us so warmly that we felt at home right away. The apartment is beautiful, in a quiet cul-de-sac in Übersee am Chiemsee, with the charming rustic style you’d expect from a Bavarian house. We’ll definitely return and highly recommend staying here. The owners were really nice and accommodating, and the price was more than reasonable. It’s a fantastic holiday apartment in a beautiful part of Lake Chiemsee. I’d happily come back for another holiday! 👍👍👍👍👍👍
