Zaißlhäusl Hof Ferienwohnungen

There's plenty to do around here, from cycling and hikes in the nearby mountains to exploring the lake by boat or other ways. We also took a day trip to Salzburg. It was a very pleasant stay.

Rain and cold didn't stop us from having a lovely stay. The beds were heavenly, and the hostess was kind and helpful. Our daughter got to collect eggs with the hostess's daughter, who explained it all really well. The apartment was practical and comfortable, with a balcony looking toward the mountains. We also used the bread delivery, which worked perfectly.

The children especially enjoyed spending time with the sheep, chickens, cows, and rabbits. Eggs from happy hens are available if you ask. Zaisselhäusl Farm is a place where we felt very comfortable. Our attic apartment was spacious and had everything we could want, including a fireplace. The kitchen was fully equipped, and everything was new, clean, well cared for, and in excellent shape. There's an Edeka supermarket with a bakery just across the street. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful holiday, thanks in part to the helpful hostess and her great tips. The farm is centrally placed but quiet, and there are lots of shops within walking distance, along with plenty of restaurants nearby. We tried Lindos, a Greek restaurant we'd recommend, and the kids loved the Mamma Mia ice cream parlor. The apartment had everything we needed and a fantastic mountain view; there were even a few board games. Kids can run around the large grounds and play with the animals. The station and bike paths to Lake Chiemsee are easy to reach by bike, and there's a big barn for storing bicycles. The bread and egg delivery service is really handy. Thanks!
