The terrace was such a comfortable place to sit, and there's even a grill. We stayed for 11 nights, three of us, and could properly unwind in this well-equipped apartment. Soap, spices, toilet paper and all the other things you might need were already there. Its central location was handy, and the parking spot right outside the door had room for our large car. The Wi-Fi could be better, though it didn't really affect our holiday. The town is being upgraded to fiber optic, so hopefully that minor problem will be sorted once the work is done. We felt at home and had a thoroughly relaxing stay. We'd gladly return.

Aldi, Edeka, the train station, bike rental and bread delivery are all within walking distance, making this a handy base for exploring the island by train or bike. The ground-floor apartment is lovely, fully equipped and has a good internet connection. There's a terrace and parking right outside. Many thanks to the friendly landlord and staff.

The apartment is furnished quite well and in a modern style, and the parking space by the front door is big enough for larger cars. Opposite the house there's a bike station, which is free to use with the UsedomCard and its app. We stayed three nights, three people, and found the location very good and pleasantly quiet. Once things quiet down outside in the evening, you can hear the train and level crossing, but it wasn't a big issue. The underfloor heating is operated from the fuse box behind the hallway mirror. The one real drawback is the Wi-Fi, at just 0.3 Mbps it's practically unusable.

Shops, the train, the beach and the Achterwasser lagoon are all easy to reach. This was our third visit to a beautifully furnished apartment that has everything we need. We'd be happy to return. The Müller Family

I can highly recommend the place, having stayed several times in 2011 and 2012. Even in winter, it's somewhere you can relax and enjoy nature. The apartment is stylish, cozy and well equipped, and the beach is a pleasant 15-minute walk away. Supermarkets, bakeries, the train station and several nice restaurants are close by.
