Heidjers Hus Undeloh

We booked again for 2026 before leaving, after a week in apartment 2 starting August 2nd, 2025. It’s a premium place in Undeloh, surrounded by nature, and was simply superb. The kitchen, bedroom, and living room were all very well equipped. The private sauna and walk-in shower with rain shower head are a special touch.

We found it easy to get away from everyday life here. The apartment was spacious, modern, and high quality, and had a very pleasant smell. It’s beautifully set in the heath, with good parking for both cars and bicycles. If you need anything, the Heiderose restaurant is just next door. Thanks so much!

The heath is right across the road, with no through traffic, so you can head straight out walking and hardly need the car except for shopping. We visited off-season and found it wonderfully peaceful, though during the heather bloom you’re right in the middle of it. Inside, everything feels new, bright, and modern while still being incredibly cozy. It’s beautifully furnished, very spacious, and thoughtfully equipped, and we felt at home as soon as we arrived. This is the loveliest holiday apartment we’ve stayed in, and we’ve had some lovely ones. We wholeheartedly recommend Heidjers Hus and are already planning another visit.

There’s a lot to like here: the location, bicycle storage, and other amenities all helped make the overall impression quite satisfactory, with some areas even exceeding expectations. The half-timbered house is beautiful, and we’ve stayed several times, previously in apartments 5 and 6. The apartments are nearly fully equipped, but the showers still have no shelf, so toiletries have to sit on the floor. We’ve mentioned this to the owners several times and nothing has changed. Apartment 5 has a sauna, yet bathrobes cost an extra €20 instead of being provided for sauna use. We think two robes should be standard in a holiday rental with a sauna. Other holiday rentals at least provide them.
